I only take appointments by CALL. Texting, sending missed calls or WhatsApps means no booking.
I am not a ‘now’ kind of lady, I work by appointments but sometimes in rare cases you might get lucky. But mostly, I do not understand the concept of ‘now’. So an exact time would be more appreciated. 
I prefer bookings made in good time with confirmation.  No confirmation by call or text 30 min prior means your appointment is cancelled and I don’t give second chances. Respect my time just as I respect yours.
